1 Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest
1.1 The Chair welcomed the Members to the meeting.
1.2 Apologies were received from Delyth Jewell MS. Rhun ap Iorwerth MS substituted.
2 Inquiry into COVID-19 and its impact on matters relating to the Public Accounts Committee’s remit: Impacts for the Welsh Government
2.1 The Committee questioned Shan Morgan – Permanent Secretary at the Welsh Government, Dr Andrew Goodall, Andrew Slade, Andrew Jeffreys, Gawain Evans and David Richards as part of their Inquiry into COVID-19 on the impacts for the Welsh Government.
2.3 The Chair advised the Permanent Secretary that he would write with areas of questioning that were not reached in the session.
3 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the meeting for the following business:

5.1 The Committee considered the Auditor General for Wales’ Report: Ensuring Value for Money from Rural Development Grants Made Without Competition, and agreed to undertake a short inquiry.
6 Forward Work Programme: Consideration of autumn 2020 work programme
6.1 Members considered and discussed their priorities for the Committee’s autumn 2020 work programme. Following this discussion, the Clerks will prepare a further paper for discussion at the next meeting.
